Dionne Malush
Founder of The BrandLab Creative Studio + Realty ONE Group Gold Standard
Dionne Malush has been building bold brands and unstoppable businesses for more than three decades. She started as a graphic designer in Pittsburgh, launched her own design agency in her 20s, and went on to scale one of the top real estate brokerages in the region with over 200 agents and 2 billion in sales—Realty ONE Group Gold Standard.
Now, she’s returning to her first love: design and marketing that actually work.
Through The BrandLab Creative Studio, Dionne blends decades of creative strategy with today’s most powerful AI tools, helping small businesses grow smarter, faster, and louder. Her work is rooted in storytelling, systems, and clarity—the kind of branding that scales.
She’s also a speaker, podcast host, and mindset mentor, known for her relentless belief in purpose over perfection. Whether she’s building brands, creating content, or helping others shine, Dionne leads with grit, faith, and vision.
Because in the end, the real brand is what they whisper—or rave about—when you’re not in the room.
Taylor MorganÂ
By the age of seven, Taylor Morgan was a budding foodie. After working at several Palm Beach restaurants in the 1980s, she and her mother opened Sprinkles Ice Cream Shop when Taylor was just 25. Years later, her entrepreneurial drive and passion for restaurants led her to launch LocalDines.com, a platform that connected South Floridians with exclusive dining deals. When Covid hit in 2020, Taylor witnessed firsthand the struggles faced by restaurant owners and their employees. Determined to help, she created a program that would both support the industry and inspire kindness among diners. That vision became the Kind Diners Society, launched in April 2023. The membership-based program helps guests save money while giving back to hospitality workers - contributing over $18,000 in "Gifts of Kindness" to date.
